Background: the founder spilled some regular nail polish on a stryfoam plate and it ate through the plate - she set out to make a nail polish that would be non-toxic (water-based) - and did! The idea is that their paint is as natural as mud.
My girls and I were recently able to product-test Piggy Paint. It comes in so many great colors! I LOVE the shine that the paint had - so pretty!
The big difference between Piggy Paint and conventional nail polish is that with Piggy Paint you heat-set the paint with a blow-dryer. This isn't necessary, but helps it last a little longer. Plus it adds another fun step in the beautifying process. Since it was non-toxic, I didn't mind when the kids wanted to paint their own nails without assistance.
A local boutique here sells Piggy Paint, but you can also purchase it online.
